No. Cashback on your own shopping is free. ZEN+ is an optional $10/month membership for people who also want to earn from their network.
No. You buy from the store at the store's own price. The cashback comes out of the commission the store pays us.
Start at Zen Rewards while signed in, click through to the store and shop as usual. There is no fee, no card to link and no form to fill in afterwards. Store coupons still work at checkout.
Not for that order: without the click, the store has no way of knowing you are a member. Next time, start here. Saving the store to your favorites makes that quick.
Stores confirm a purchase after their return window closes, so cashback shows as pending first. Once it is confirmed and your balance reaches the payout minimum shown in your dashboard, you can request a payout.
Give it 15 days, then open Missing Cashback Claim in your dashboard and enter the order number and amount. We take it up with the store and you can follow the claim's status there.
ZEN+ is for people who share stores and deals with friends or family and want to earn on what those people buy. If you only want cashback on your own shopping, the free account gives you all of it.
Your membership stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and you are not charged again. Your free account, your cashback and everything you earned stay with you.
